Illustrative sample · not actual findings

Your revenue question. Your data landscape.

A hypothetical finding, the connections behind it, and a next step for your team.

Data, security and setup: your questions answered.

Which data sources can Deal connect to?

Deal connects CRM, email, calendar, call recordings, marketing, support and billing systems, and data warehouses. See the full connector list. If your tool isn’t listed, ask us—we add connectors based on customer demand.

Does Deal replace our CRM or change our records?

No. Deal records changes and matches people and companies across your connected systems. Connections are read-only by default; Deal only writes to your CRM if you turn on CRM Autopilot, and every change can be undone.

How does Deal protect our data?

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Deal is SOC 2 Type 2 compliant, follows GDPR requirements, supports HIPAA with Business Associate Agreements, and holds CASA Tier 2 certification for Google Apps. Our SOC 2 report is available on request. Read our security details.

Is our data used to train AI models?

No. Your data stays private and is never used to train third-party models. Your data remains yours, and you can export it or request its deletion at any time.

Who handles setup, and what does our team need to do?

Your named, human Revenue Engineer and the Deal team handle setup, connect your systems and match people and companies across tools. Your team joins a kickoff call, agrees on success criteria and approves access. Plan for about an hour for kickoff and access approvals, then a 30-minute engineer review every two weeks. See the evaluation process.

How quickly are we live, and does Deal bring in existing history?

You’re live in your first week. During setup, we pull in the history your CRM already has and start recording new changes, so your revenue memory doesn’t start empty. Agents go live after that, and your engineer reviews the results against your agreed success criteria at the end of the 30-day revenue evaluation.
